Refundable Deposit and Search

We charge a one-time, fully refundable $700 deposit to kick off your search and introduce you to candidates. This amount is credited toward your final hiring fee.

Offer Signed

When an offer is signed by your future team member, we charge a one time fee equal to 20% of the year 1 salary.

6-Month Guarantee

Each hire comes with a 6- month perfect-hire guarantee which includes a replacement hire at no additional cost if you are unhappy with the performance of your new team member.

  • Hiring urgency
